II. HUMAN RESOURCES

It’s the proper care of the company’s Executive board for labourers that helps us have the high-level and skillful human resources. Those are connected closely with our company and play an important role in our development:

• College - University: : 35 people.
• Vocational school : 15 people.
• High ability workers : 50 people.
• Technical workers : 300 people.

III. Manufacture

Ngày 07/07/2007 , Nhà máy 1 của công ty chính thức đi vào hoạt động. Với máy móc thiết bị được đầu tư đồng bộ cộng với trình độ tay nghề của a nh em công nhân , hiệu quả sản xuất cùng với chất lượng sản phẩm của nhà máy ngày một tăng.
Hiện nay công suất trung bình nhà máy đạt được 2500 đến 3000 mét cọc 1 ngày .
Sản phẩm cọc của nhà máy 1 hiện nay có đường kính từ 300mm đến 700mm chiều dài 16 mét .

Dự kiến tháng 09/2008 nhà máy 2 của công ty sẽ đi vào hoạt động .Nhà máy 2 sẽ sản xuất cọc đến đường kính 1000 mm chiều dài tối đa 23 mét .
